We are looking for a Administrative Analyst to join our team in Brazil. This role will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, keep tracking of equipaments, travel arangements such as flighs and hotel for the team, helping the accounting team by providing the required documents for closing the monthly financials such as vendor's invoices, helping with basic HR procedures. Qualifications Experience with administrative processes Analytical skills and ability to analyze data Experience with accounts payable, finance, and accounting is preferred Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Fluent in Portuguese Intermediate English Spanish is a plus HR experience is a plus Experience in the technology or messaging industry is a plus
