5. Customer SRs handling for middle and complex problems (high risk), including consultation, troubleshooting. Necessary solution implementation until the problem close and guarantee the SLA
6. Huawei platform healthy inspection and precaution implementation with low risk and middle maintenance window.
7. Customer issues and doubts handling by phone, email or meetings.
8. Supporting Testing Team to execute test cases based on test book.
9. Collect customer requirements for simple existing products changes (CRs) and share with Huawei Solution architecture.
8. Perform Maintenance Window with low and middle risk (according with Huawei GTAC classification) following Huawei and Customer procedures. ...
