Construction Department in LATAM is responsible for executing and delivering Wind Farm projects to our customers. Always facing exciting and challenging scenarios, PMO is a key partner to Project Management, providing insights and ensuring a smooth and optimized execution.

 

•Develop and maintain analysis, dashboards and reports that provide insights and summarize key business data points and trends, supporting both executive and operational decision-making;

•Manage project data within SAP, ensuring accuracy, timely updates and data quality;

•Lead, push and collaborate with regional and global teams to automate reports and deploy upgrades to BI tools and SAP, always aiming to optimization and continuous improvement;

•Assist in defining key performance indicators for PMO and Project Management, assessing and covering the main aspects of the business;

•Collect, analyze and interpret data from various platforms to deliver AdHoc reports as required;

•Participate in internal forums and stay up to date in relation to implementation, new developments and updates of Vestas tools and platforms;

•Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, workshops, ensuring the effective communication with all stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related areas;

•Advanced English;

•Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, DAX and Python;

•Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Query and Power BI;

•Full understanding of data modelling concepts;

•Knowledge in SAP Analytics Cloud - SAC (preferred)

•Intermediate Spanish (preferred);

•Experience in working with ERP systems, such as SAP (preferred).

•Good problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues independently, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and initiative;

•Exceptional analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data;

•Ability to work with several projects simultaneously - solid organization, planning and time management skills;

•Structured and action-oriented individual who can get things done;

•Ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders;

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
