Description


Lead cross functional teams to develop and implement initiatives in Operational Excellence Area (Marketing & Incentives Program + Sales and Variable Compensation).
Manage projects/initiatives progress and tasks. Working as an enabler to unlock any potential blocks. Ensures projects/initiatives documentations and correlated materials will be updated and ready-to-use. Develop workflow sessions and support the teams with agile approach (epics, ceremonials, artifact etc)
Run and maintain dashboards created to Operational Excellence Area. Open minded, driven by business value.

Responsibilities:

Facilitator who encourages and demands self-organization from team and enable close team cooperation across roles & functions, solve resource issues and ensures following of agile practices.
Ensure a culture of compliance, meeting the needs of Legal and Controllership;
Influence and maintain relationships/support with internal Commercial Effectiveness areas: CRM, RTM, Data Analytics and Legal and Finance/Controllership areas;
Establish rituals to communicate the progress of projects, as well as document each stage, anticipating and reporting problems, aware of their importance in the decision-making process;
Based on data analysis, implement & track ROI analysis, Budget, Forecast and accrual process for Mkt & Incentive Programs.
Run and maintain dashboards created to Operational Excellence Area, ensuring data quality, database cleaning and related communication with the team.

Qualifications


Degree: Graduate/Postgraduate (Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Statistics)

Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English, or Spanish Intermediary level is desirable

Minimum experience:
2 years of experience in Financial Management, Commercial Business Partnering and Project Management
Experience leading projects that requires interface with different stakeholders
Agriculture Market experience is a plus
Exposure to one of Agile methodologies: Scrum, Lean, Kanban, CRIP-DM, etc.
Worked with data analysis producing reports and insights.

Minimum skills: Leadership by influence, Resilient, Experience with Power BI, Excel (advanced skills), PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and similar tools.
Skill considered plus points: Expertise in Financial Management Process, specially on Budget, Forecast and Accrual processes. Storytelling hability.
Other considerations: Excellent written & verbal communication skills along with strong desire to work in cross functional teams in a fun, fast-paced environment
