JOB DESCRIPTION:

Principais funções:
✓ Liberação e atualização do cadastro de clientes;
✓ Reset de senhas – Acesso ao sistema;
✓ Manter o banco de dados (Máster) atualizado;
✓ Suporte a equipe de vendas em feiras e eventos;
✓ Auxílio na revisão do material de marketing;
✓ Atendimento ao cliente por e-mail e telefone (dúvidas e orientações);
✓ Contato direto com o suporte do sistema Cangooroo para solução de erros, problemas, integrações e melhorias.
✓ Elaborar relatórios que ilustram o realizado/futuro de vendas, produtos e indicadores necessários conforme demanda dos departamentos envolvidos.

Características importantes:
✓ Conhecimento de inglês intermediário;
✓ Conhecimento de Excel intermediário - Procv, tabela dinâmica etc.;
✓ Organização e firmeza para seguir processos, porém ser analítico e observador para tratar as exceções com o menor dano possível.
