Position

Responsible for the implementation and development of compensation, benefits, and administration programs and policies for a specific region. Compensation: • Prepare compensation recommendations for retail staff. • Discuss and approve final offers with HRD for all team managers and below. • Prepare all employment letters for region. • Monitor compliance with all wage and hour regulations and coach management in appropriate actions. • Support C&B management by assisting with the implementation and ongoing administration of all compensation initiatives including bonus programs, annual reviews, and staff costs planning. • Support Regional leader by researching compensation issues, providing market analysis and recommendations. • Conduct market and trend analysis through salary survey input and market research on an annual and ad hoc basis. Support development of regional and area salary ranges. • Ensure internal equity, legal compliance and consistency in compensation decisions. Benefits: • Implement and administer benefit programs, including medical, dental, disability, life insurance, workers compensation, employee assistance, retirement and other plans. • Partner with third party vendor, Regional HR and Regional Managers on all leaves of absences including Short-Term Disability, FMLA, and Worker’s Compensation claims. • Provide quality customer service to employees by answering benefit questions and resolving problems. • Prepare and conduct benefits orientation for new employees. • Prepare and communicate information to employees and former employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures. Administration & Reporting: • Implement and administer Human Resources policies regarding administration, benefits, compensation, etc. • Maintain a strong relationship with the payroll and finance departments. • Support employees in the use of timekeeping, onboarding, and self-service systems. • Create and maintain employee personnel and payroll records and files, including input of data into the HRIS. • Prepare manual paychecks as required. • Follow-up on payroll errors, correct any payroll mistakes, etc. • Prepare and submit monthly headcount and other ad hoc reporting. Projects: • Provide recommendations and educated user feedback for HRIS development projects. • Provide required data for the LVMH Social Report and ensure accuracy by analyzing results. • Participate in the annual benefits reviews and its processes . Communicate with employees and audit completion as necessary.

Profile

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet aggressive deadlines • Ability to deal with ambiguous situations and react quickly to a rapidly changing call center environment • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong communication skills • University degree or equivalent, ideally from an accountant and/or technical background • Solid experience in payroll, compensation and benefits as well as dealing with Unions. • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the comp & ben field or equivalent • Experience of recruiting and managing teams preferred • Proficiency knowledge and experience of Excel. SAP and Sinergy experience an advantage • Highly development organization skills as well as the ability to liaise with other departments locally/internationally. • Excellent levels of emotional intelligence and awareness, as to continuously engage your team whilst creating a positive supportive team atmosphere. • Curiosity and pro-activity in finding creative solutions to our business challenges, whilst maintaining team collaboration and humane leadership at the center. • Bilingual: English and Spanish an advantage
