Mission & Purpose Plan and implement the services for the company on topics related to job architecture processes, levels and grades definition, salary tables, variable remuneration, job descriptions management and benefits policies. Understand the demands and participate effectively and proactively in the actions and practices for internal customers. Develop and implement solutions in partnership with HR areas ensuring deliveries in accordance with corporate and regional policies. Key Responsibilities Define policies and processes related to the company's compensation and benefits, such as job and salary architecture, ensuring that the company is competitive and aligned with the market. Responsible for implementing the short and long-term programs in accordance with internal policies and market practices. Implement and update benefits policy, defining criteria and eligibility of the programs. Support and analyze all movements that involve changing of positions, salaries and grades, guided by internal policies and market practices. Manage the annual salary review process in the country, conducting and participating in meetings with those responsible within the established deadlines, presenting technical concepts and corporately defined guidelines, and evaluating decisions together with the Brazil leadership team defined for this purpose. Monitor and evaluate the actions and solutions developed by compensation and benefits in partner with the requesting areas. Define and review local policies and ensure the implementation of activities and processes together with SSC (Shared Services Center) in addition to the role of Business Partner. Communicate to the target audiences the compensation and benefits programs and provide training. Stay update to changes in the external environment, such as shifts in the market, labor and economic conditions, and workforce demographics. Lead the team of Compensation & Benefits Brazil team. Education Bachelor in Economy, Business Administration or related. Post degree in human resources, finance or related courses will be an advantage. Work experience Large experience in compensation and benefits management. Knowledge: Understanding of compensation structures, salary surveys, job valuation tool (WTW, GGS methodoloy) and market trends. Ability to design and implement competitive and fair compensation strategies. Familiarity with various employee benefits. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits at local, state, and federal levels. Hard and Soft skills: Effective communication skills. Strong negotiation skills. High levels of problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good project management skills. Advanced Office skills, focus on Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other analytical tools. Languages Portuguese (native) English (advanced level required)
