Main responsabilities:
Analyze the flow of operations in the plant, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization of processes and results. Identify and suggest strategic projects to be evaluated by the plant director, through the evaluation of the medium and long-term sales plan, mapping gaps in the SQCDME results and other deviations from the plant's objectives. Share and align strategic projects selected by the plant with central functions, in order to have clearly defined roles and responsibilities for all projects. Establish consistent governance with the headquarters to ensure the appropriate evolution of projects and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Support the plant director in identifying, compiling and monitoring plant goals in the short, medium and long term. Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement with all departments of the plant, continually developing the team with training, workshops, seminars and other events. Develop multipliers for Continuous Improvement tools. Implement Lean Manufacturing tools in the plant, following the global FOX (Ferrero Operational Excellence) guidelines. Actively participate in the FOX professional family, debating and implementing the best practices identified by the group. Manage and develop the team based on Ferrero's Core Values, actively promoting team spirit and providing employees with an excellent working environment. Ensure the adequacy of corporate policies and procedures, within your scope of work. Contribute to the management of the plant's investment plan (Capex), supporting monitoring routines and project management tools, supporting all departments in this process. Promote integration between support areas and production areas, in order to optimize resources and maximize results. Comply with Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards and procedures. Carry out work in accordance with pre-established procedures and policies, such as 5S, GMP, Food Safety, Workplace Safety and the Environment.
Who we are looking for:
Proven knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Operations Management. Previous experience in the food industry will be an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Administration or Engineering.
Desirable Postgraduate degree or MBA in the areas of Management and/or Continuous Improvement.

Advanced English.
