What You’ll Do

  • Create comprehensive strategies to attract new leads through various inbound channels, implement tactics to generate high-quality leads, and manage the lead nurturing process to ensure effective conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers, including loyalty programs, regular communication, and personalized marketing.
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing team to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
  • Develop a marketing plan for the products you support in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
  • Regularly analyze marketing campaign performance and generate reports to measure effectiveness and ROI and work closely with sales and support teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals and customer feedback.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Experience in Customer Marketing: Demonstrated experience in inbound marketing, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Automation Tools: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM Software: Familiarity with customer relationship management software like Salesforce.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Bonus Points

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
