Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute comprehensive CRM strategies for acquisition, engagement, loyalty, retention, and recovery.
Implement HubSpot CRM best practices, including data integration, contact segmentation, and campaign setup.
Manage and segment customer databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Analyze customer data, generate reports, and drive actionable insights for optimizing CRM performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all customer touchpoints.
Optimize and automate CRM processes to increase efficiency and enhance the customer journey.
Stay updated on industry trends, CRM technologies, and best practices.
Lead training sessions for team members and stakeholders on CRM tools and best practices.

Minimum 5 years of CRM Marketing experience.
Technical proficiency in HubSpot
Strong English language skills (intermediate level).
Previous experience managing CRM teams and executing global campaigns.
