About the opportunity:The Delivery Ambassador position at Avenue Code is a unique opportunity to represent the company to clients, acting as a facilitator to ensure seamless project delivery. The role involves being a key contact for clients, offering support in decision-making, and contributing insights to create both technical and non-technical programs. The Delivery Ambassador plays a crucial role in achieving excellence within the team and fostering a positive client relationship.Responsibilities: Oversee team performance and generate relevant reports.;Conduct meetings with the client for updates and strategic discussions;Perform client interviews and assess cultural fit;Conduct performance reviews and develop individual development plans for team members;Manage the onboarding process for both Avenue Code and the client;Control work hours for team members and monitor KPIs;Conduct attrition meetings and develop retention strategies;Support internal documentation related to the client;Manage the team effectively through feedback, actions, 1:1 meetings, and follow-ups;Support Avenue Code in making strategic decisions;Contribute to the improvement of the Delivery Ambassador Program. Required Qualifications: Experience in managing people and a record of direct client-facing interactions;Strong negotiation skills;Technical background to understand and contribute to technical programs;Proficiency in generating business reports.
