A Brief Summary Of This Position
This position is actively involved in assisting and supporting management. Employ strong time management skills to perform numerous administrative responsibilities, including coordinating and planning event, answering department telephones, processing invoices, scheduling meetings, and completing reports daily, weekly, monthly and yearly in a timely manner and with minimal supervision.

• Develop and maintain an understanding of the business through exposure to departmental activities• Schedule and coordinate events, meetings, appointments, conferences and interviews on behalf of the Chief Irrigation Officer, coordinate necessary presentation materials/equipment and arrange food or beverages.• Provides a wide range of administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit• Assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics and reports relating to operations, personnel changes, etc.• Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative matters relating to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations.• Coordinate daily calendars of senior managers• Act as point of contact between executives and employees/customers/resellers,• Plan trips• Facilitate internal communication (e.g., distribute information and schedule presentations)• Suggest more efficient ways to manage the office and solve operational problems•Contribute to the reception of national or international visitors, by assisting with their needs, such as: accommodation, transportation, food.•Track and submit monthly expense reports.•Perform administrative tasks linked to the CEO.•Tackle any other request as needed.
Highly Qualified Candidates
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years of relevant experience or Associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years of relevant experience;• The ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment;• Customer service orientation, communication and presentation skills;• Ability to exercise independent judgment, discretion, initiative and maintain confidentiality• working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point;Advanced/fluent English required;
