Multinational in the O&G segment is looking for a Finance Business Partner for a hybrid working model in the city of Rio de Janeiro.
The role
The position entails driving the financial planning processes, performance management, setting up high standard reporting and controlling, while ensuring the underlying financial end-to-end processes are optimized.
The role serves as a sparring partner to the technical andmercial teams, bringing financial insights and sound rmendations to the table.
The Finance Business Partner will work closely with the Finance Manager in driving the Finance function, partnering up with key stakeholders to bringpany s ambitious goals to reality.
A key responsibility of the role is the ability to build a reliable and trusted budget / forecast. Upon building a budget and a forecast we need to continually steer the organisation to realise its ambition, looking for opportunities to maximise growth, improve profit margins, consider how we procure and how we track productivity and efficiencies within execution.
This means anchoringmunication across many functions and teams to bring clarity to the overall performance and presenting this to the management team who ultimately decide how we move forward.
What we are looking for
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a partnering mindset. Someone with effective stakeholder management skills who is able to build trusted relationships and connect with stakeholders across the organization.
You’ll already have experience from working as a Business Partner, or from similar roles acting as an advisor towards management and / or business stakeholders (FP&A, or similar).
