As a FG planner you’ll be responsible for developing and managing customers demand and supply plans to ensure on-time delivery of products while optimizing inventory levels and managing potential supply risks.

Clean up sales history, select statistical model and generate statistical forecasts for products based on historical sales data and market trends. 

Collect, from Operations and Procurement, supply constraints from factories or vendors. Integrate information into the Statistical forecast data provided to Businesses.

Prepare the list of the items with major gaps between Statistical Forecast and revised forecast (leading to persisting positive bias, high inventory…) for the Product Marketeer.

In collaboration with the Strategic Inventory Manager, ensure availability, quality and consistency of the planning parameters for the product portfolio planning (Product status, Safety Stock, MOQ, rounding qty, EOQ, Frequency of ordering, sourcing point, replenishment model, ATP rules, AQF, Predecessor-Successor link, etc.…).

Adhere to the supply chain planning standards developed by the BPO’s.

Develop and maintain a supply plan that optimizes inventory levels, manufacturing capacities, and supplier lead times, while adhering to strategy defined by the Strategic Inventory Management function with the Businesses (MTS/MTO per CFH and sourcing point). 

Develop and maintain relationships with factories and procurement to ensure that the CFH have access to the resources needed to meet their demand. Prepare intake plans short and medium term. 

Identify and manage potential supply chain issues such as capacity constraints, material shortages, and production delays (Unconfirmed PO, sDRM, TRLT reliability) 

Monitor inventory levels and manage potential supply risks as needed to ensure on-time delivery to customers. 

Communicate weekly/monthly to the Businesses (PM) the highest deviations between forecast and actual that can generate overstock/slow moving or shortages/DRM impact.

Manage Sales orders that are blocked due to AQF.

Review Pull/Push requests driven by forecast adjustments and generated by the system, and take actions on products where needed. 

Work with suppliers (internal or external) to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise. 

Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or similar.

Experience in Supply Chain.

Good knowledge of MS Office suit

English is required

Experience in forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and supplier collaboration.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
