The opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Time Fullstack Engineer to play a pivotal role in our transition to a product-first, SaaS platform. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative company creating the future of quality B2B content. Wordbrew allows teams to build their own content engines, by choosing their own in-house experts to edit base drafts created in Wordbrew, or routing them to our own network of >200 SMEs.
Currently, our platform helps us deliver content to our fully managed agency clients. Now, we want to introduce the SaaS model and allow teams to create personalized base drafts of content, using their own brand data. Other features we want to build out are voice-to-text, voice-to-content, integrations to directly publish blogs to WordPress and Webflow, content analytics, and many more. We’ve been dubbed as ‘the Canva of written content’, and we’re looking for the right candidate to join as a dedicated full-time engineer, with the potential to become CTO or technical cofounder.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement new features and functionalities for our SaaS platform.Collaborate closely with the product and design teams to refine and enhance user experience.Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Required skills:
Fluency in EnglishBoth front end and back end experience is a mustExperience in developing SaaS products or related software.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to build products autonomously as the first full-time engineer on the teamWillingness to grow in the company with potential to become either CTO or a technical co-founder.

How we can support you:
A full-time position with a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 USD per annum.A dynamic and innovative work environment.Opportunity to become CTO and/or technical co-founder after the first 6 months, based on performance.
