Base monthly remuneration: R$ 18.000,00 R$ 5.000,00 in equity.

Potential Quarterly Bonus: R$10.000,00 equity, R$ 10.000,00 Profit Sharing bonus.

Total potential annual compensation ( cash + equity + potential bonus ): R$ 380.000,00

We expect our Finance team Leader to:

1. Understand payments and credit business, and financial dynamics, and how our solutions help our clients' business to grow. Taking a position of representing the companies vision from the Financial perspective, in discussions, decisions, solutions, and key projects, with our technical, product , operations, teams and engineers to improve our products and services.
2. Dominate Financial Planning, to support decision making, goal setting, budgeting, and Lead the system and operation efforts that demonstrate live results connected to our growth projections, providing KPIs to guide the companies performance on a daily basis.
3. Expert in Financial operations control, reconciling and accounts, and balances, operations and services, 
4. Lead our corporate finance, revenue, billing, tax, accounts payable and receivables, payroll and suppliers.
5. Lead the administrative management of expense, budget, agreements, tax, supporting other leaders and operations necessary.
6. Deep understanding of accounting and ability to drive all efforts inside the company to cooperate with external Payments and Financial accounting firms to deliver our regulatory and accounting requirements in a timely manner.
