**Team Intro**:As Head of Operations for Brazil you will lead a world class team and set the TikTok strategy for the Brazilian market. Working closely with the LATAM Head of Ops & Marketing, you will evolve the value proposition for the Brazilian TikTok ecosystem and build rich partnerships with other regional teams to effectively deliver this strategy. Your partners will include regional leaders for sales, product, comms, marketing, business development and policy. You will also track, manage and report on this ecosystem and its impact on the platform.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop local content partnership teams to execute against global corporate level, regional level creator strategies, as well as project‑based targets- Define unique content vertical to suits local content demand- Execute creator community programs at the local level- Understand local content ecosystem, identify market trends, brainstorm aspirational ideas and drive local content growth and audience engagement- Identify areas for improvement and evangelize creator partner management workflow by facilitating alignment and efficiency through data driven methodologies.- Partner with the sales, product, comms, marketing, user growth, T&S, legal, and policy teams to support, innovate and effectively grow user base and serve as the local spokesperson.- 15+ years of relevant industry experience in content operations or development, marketing, content partnerships, and/or multi-channel content programming.- Deep understanding of the content and media business landscape; familiarity with both traditional and advanced digital marketing channels; Strong insight into digital content strategies and product operations.- Experience working with online communities,policymakers and media outlets.- Strong strategic decision-making and ability to problem solve with a solution-oriented mindset.- Experience building, managing, leading, and inspiring creative, collaborative, and high performing teams and proven performance indirectly leveraging cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth initiatives- Strong organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, startup environment.
