RINA is currently recruiting for a HR Intern (Generalist) to join its office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil within the Global Human Resources Division.Job Responsabilities • Provide hands-on support of operational activities across data, processes and HR systems for LATAM countries;• Collaborate with payroll department to provide support throughout the vacation and time control process (collect and input timesheet data);• Support the overall employee lifecycle transactions such as: - Onboarding.and Offboarding process; - Ensure all new hires are properly enrolled at all the applicable benefits. - Create, update, and maintain personnel files, ensuring appropriate documentation and electronic file maintenance. - Preparation of monthly payroll reports (turnover, cost centers indicators and others). - Be the first point of contact to support on employees queries. Qualifications and Experience: • Availability to work 6 hours per day & 30 hours per week (from 9am to 4pm);• Students of Business Administration or Accountant with graduation by Dec/2025;• Ideally intermediate and advanced English;• Intermediate Microsoft office knowledge; • Spanish is a plus.
