Responsibility:
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their people needs and translate them into HR strategies that drive the organization's performance and success.
People Development: Develop and implement talent development programs, performance evaluation and succession plans to ensure the retention and growth of key employees.
Recruitment and Selection: Actively participate in the recruitment process, helping to identify and attract talent to the organization and ensuring that hiring is aligned with business needs.
Relationship Management: Acting as an intermediary in relationships between employees and managers, helping to resolve conflicts and human resource issues fairly and effectively.
Data Analysis: Use HR data and metrics to assess the performance and effectiveness of HR initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
Compliance and HR Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to Human Resources, as well as consistency in the application of the company's HR policies.
Organizational Culture: Develop and maintain a healthy and productive organizational culture, aligned with the company's values and goals.
Profile:
Global vision towards business management in order to guarantee the implementation of Personnel Administration policies aligned with the organization’s strategies;
Creative and innovative spirit to develop and to contribute in the company new change processes;
Communication and influence skills to look for the alignment between the collaborators and the common objectives of the company and Human resources;
Leadership, people management and influence capacities to develop team work and her/ his subordinates' professional improvement, looking for a larger compromising and business view;
Ethical spirit and credibility, in relation with the domain of confidential information of Human resources;
Entrepreneurial spirit to look for innovations for the section that could contribute to improvements in the company’s processes.
Educational Background:
Education: University Degree, preferably in Business Administration. Specialization in Human Resources.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in compatible activities; 2 years in activities of HRBP.
