Job Summary
To work alongside the HR generalist in all HR processes such as Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Benefits, and employee assistance at the Imigrantes Distribution Center.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle the entire recruitment and selection process, from aligning profiles for internship positions, logistics operators, and apprentices.
- Provide day-to-day support and development assistance to interns.
- Conduct 1 on 1 meetings with managers, interns, and apprentices.
- Process internal payments related to HR expenses.
- Assist employees with general HR inquiries.
- Support talent development plans for interns and employees.
- Coordinate departmental events according to established goals and deadlines.
- Provide support in identifying training needs for all levels of the company and client areas.
- Assist in the management of outsourced and temporary employees.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Administration, Psychology - evening classes.
- Intermediate English language skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suites.
- Must have own car (location: Imigrantes with no access to public transportation).
