Responsibilities As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing technical support for IT infrastructure operations. Your day to day activities will include monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure systems, identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. You will be required to have intermediate proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations. Having intermediate proficiency in Infrastructure Event Management will be advantageous. Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance. Identify and resolve technical issues related to IT infrastructure operations. Provide technical support for IT infrastructure operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless IT infrastructure operations.
