Department Description Inside Sales is a vital part of each regional sales team. We are the first point of contact for new clients. We provide resources for various regions globally. Our role includes assisting with project details and generating new business. Job Description Efficiently handle and qualify customer/client pre-sale inquiries related to Motorola Solutions, products, or services, while actively building and managing a lead development pipeline. Evaluate and qualify all sales leads based on predefined criteria, employing a proactive approach to identify promising opportunities. Generate prospective customers through effective cold calling techniques, ensuring thorough lead qualification for enhanced sales potential. Interface tactfully and courteously with customers to establish and nurture strong business relationships. Manage the distribution of marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, ensuring timely updates and relevance. Act as the single point of contact, streamlining communication channels for increased efficiency. Proactively apply strong problem-solving skills to deliver customer-focused solutions. Educate customers on relevant business processes and procedures, continuously enhancing product and solution knowledge. Demonstrate active listening and consultative selling skills while promoting additional products and services during customer interactions. Exhibit strong verbal communication skills in daily customer interactions. Effectively multitask by managing multiple systems and applications during customer interactions. Utilize internal business tools and applications to qualify and resolve customer issues, demonstrating adept multitasking between systems during customer engagement. Basic Requirements One or more years of experience within an Inside Sales organization. Preferred Salesforce.com CRM experience and Outreach tool. Required native or fluent Spanish and English language both verbal & writing. Some travel may be required during the execution of the duties.
