This is a relevant management position to ensure that the organization's sourcing and contracting activities are effectively managed and aligned with business objectives.
We are looking for a responsible and curious profile to join our diverse procurement team, taking on the responsibility of supporting the Procurement area in achieving world-class standards. This role involves close collaboration with directors, managers and global partners to ensure the delivery of services and value creation to Brazil region, particularly in relation to maintenance and operational structures at Yara.

• Lead, drive and support on the development and execution of the category strategies
• Manage key strategic relationships with suppliers and relevant partners
• Lead execution of the priorities and ensure deliver against company targets
• Performance management, including strategic initiatives and key indicators
• Align with the local business units to capture the most value from joint purchases
• Seek preventive and corrective actions aiming at non-interruption of the operation and with the best TCO (Total Cost Ownership) possible
• Support and guarantee the service level for routines and projects
• Actively contribute to ENABLE (digital procurement processes and systems) activities
• Drive and influence diversity and equity throughout his / her organization and in Yara Brazil
• Support innovation in Yara by keeping herself/himself up to date on the relevant latest technologies and advancements
• Drive a total quality service business culture by ensuring compliance to Procurement governance
• Support and Implement the Sustainable procurement strategy
• Elaborate and ensure compliance with the category annual budget
Perfil | Formação e conhecimentos
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business administration or other equivalent disciplines
• Proven track record of managing people and leadership skills
• Strong technical knowledge and skills with a good understanding of industry, global markets and dynamics
• Relevant experiences in Services and Goods sourcing as well as in supplier management
• Market knowledge in maintenance services (e.g. routine agreements, turnarounds and capex)
• Experience with engineering and maintenance projects
• Systemic view with clear understanding of the end-to-end (dependencies and interfaces with other areas)
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities and diverse cultural backgrounds
• Capable of building collaborative relationships with mindset for continuous improvement
• Comfortable with working in a high-pressure environment with ambiguity and change
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• English advanced level in written and spoken is required
• Good understanding of SAP and digital procurement platforms
Availability to travelling is mandatory.
