The Impact You’ll Have at Voxy

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Mid Market Account Executive , you will be responsible for creating new revenue from new clients from the corporate enterprise segment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects from identification to negotiation to execution

- Reach and exceed your sales quota and quarterly targets

- Accurately forecast your sales commitment Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects

- Plan and execute successful sales meetings with prospects

- Fully understand a prospect’s business challenges, decision-making, and purchasing process

- Tailor-made solutions to address prospects' business goals.

- Develop a deep knowledge of Voxy's learning approach and technical application

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to successfully manage new business opportunities

- Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends and competitors.

What We’re Looking For:

- A proven sales hunter and closer

- You have a strong track record of success in sales and are passionate about education and technology

- You are an experienced sales professional with at least 6 years of relevant B2B sales experience

- You have rigorous pipeline and sales process management, negotiation, and analytic skills

- You are sharp, confident, resourceful, results-oriented, proactive, and have strong written and communication skills

- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are comfortable working in a start-up environment

- You are a tireless networker!

- You are a power-user of CRM systems (SalesForce)

- You are bilingual in Portuguese and English

- Bachelor's Degree required

- Experience in selling to HR in +5k employees companies

- Ability to conduct high-level business conversations with CHROs and HR Directors.

- Ability to deliver client-centric and compelling sales pitches, use cases, and product demonstrations

- Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapid-change environment

- Human Capital Technology, LMS, LXP, or Ed Tech Experience

- Experience with Challenger Sales methodology
