We are hiring a Data Analytics Specialist with a focus on marketing technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in analytics, and data integration, and a willingness to learn and master the Adobe Marketo platform.
While prior experience with Adobe Marketo is not required, a solid understanding of analytics concepts and integration methodologies is essential.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and optimizing marketing applications, ensuring seamless data integration, and leveraging insights for effective campaigns.
This role will require you to work full-time onsite at our office in Campinas as part of a development squad, collaborating closely with a major american investment client.
Responsibilities:
-Producing analytics reports for user journeys and campaigns results.
-Conducting in-depth data analysis and crafting data-driven narratives of User Journeys to effectively communicate interesting findings using data visualization for both technical and executive audiences.
-Serving as the focal point for the Global Analytics team and other agencies responsible for tagging websites and applications.
-Addressing real business challenges with clients and the team.
Innovating and brainstorming solutions with the team for the project at hand.
-Working in high-performance agile teams within international contracts, gathering requirements and designing solutions for marketing applications.
-Work with analytics data collected through web SDKs, ensuring accurate and meaningful insights.
-Integrate data from various sources to support the development of targeted marketing campaigns.
-Learn and become proficient in Adobe Marketo through provided training sessions.
-Develop and maintain applications that align with marketing strategies and client objectives.
-Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Requirements for this challenge:
-Solid understanding of analytics concepts and data integration methodologies.
-Previous experience with web SDKs and data collection practices.
-Exploring data usage opportunities (dashboards and reports).
-Proposing actions/improvements based on data analysis.
-Having experience in agile teams and a Lean mindset.
- Possessing advanced conversational English for client communication.
Nice to Have:
-Familiarity with Marketo is a plus, but not required.
-Previous experience in user journeys and marketing campaigns.
-Knowledge of additional programming languages and frameworks.
-You possess knowledge of measuring and reporting team KPIs.
-You have experience in validating governance and approved dataLayer and data model standards.
