About the Position:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Product Development lifecycle, from initial ideation to launch and beyond. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs and market insights into compelling product solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a demonstrated ability to organize and execute complex processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new products from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and manufacturing, to define product requirements and develop project plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market data, and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Manage the Product Development process, including milestone tracking, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Product Development processes and increase efficiency.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product improvements and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Advanced spoken and written English
- Proven track record of success in product management or project management
- Knowledge of Product Development processes, including design thinking, agile development, and stage-gate methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field (not mandatory)
