Your role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team in the field of Oncology.

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing marketing programs and strategies to support our organization's products in Oncology.

Your responsibilities will include:

Designing, developing, coordinating, and implementing marketing tactical plan programs to meet the organization's business objectives.

Supporting the marketing communications and defining promotional activities within the cross-functional team, implementation for major strategic initiatives related to our Oncology franchise while providing customized promotional approaches based on identified drivers for prescription to support the sales functions.

Participating in setting strategies for product launches and brand management to optimize revenue generation and product placement for market share advantage.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Life Sciences) with a professional experience of 3-6 years in the pharmaceutical industry as a Product Manager. Experience in Oncology is seen as a advantage.
• Embraces a growth mindset, an innovative attitude, creativity, agility, and a strong appetite for learning.
• Thorough understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
