As a Support Engineer, you will work directly with our largest partners to solve post-sales configuration and integration issues with high visibility and impact (across Uber's B28 products, as well as with the client's custom integration). This role will allow you to apply your passion for technology & problem-solving to drive value for our partners.
Education & Experience-
3-5 yrs experience supporting web/App based food beverages applicationsHands on technical experience utilizing Kibana, Postman tools to perform troubleshooting analysis.Experience supporting multi-tier applications including Java & Restful web services.This role includes participation in a shift rotation (24X7)BE/BTech & MCA
Skills Required:
Must have experience in Java based application/Production support.Debugging and troubleshooting a solution and providing RCA adhering to standard SLA.Must have experience on Restful web services & Postman tools.Good to have experience on React Js & Java Script.Good to have experience on Salesforce & Jira tools.English AdvancedSpanish Advanced
