The Regional Sales Manager, Latin America for Radiometer is responsible for managing, coaching/developing, selecting, and terminating distributors for Radiometer, in addition to selective go-direct efforts. The tools to deliver this growth are; 1) working with distributors to drive growth in the markets with the full Radiometer portfolio 2) obtaining regulatory market access for new additions to the Radiometer product lines, 3) collaborating with Radiometer Corporate to build effective campaigns and promoting the knowledge of POC testing, 4) collaborating with local LATAM Danaher Diagnostic resources to find synergies 5) building strong business cases supporting investments in the channel(s). This position is part of the commercial LATAM team, which is a part of the High Growth Markets (HGM) Region in Sao Paulo, Brazil and will be fully remote. You will be a part of the LATAM team and report to the Regional General Manager responsible for leading the commercial strategy in the Radiometer Latin America Region in collaboration with Danaher Latin America. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Establish coherent and state-of-the art sales strategy and tactics for the region, considering competitive intelligence. Optimize the sales group, field force structure, and sales channel setup to support the regional needs and allocate resources to regional priorities. Drive top-line through coordination, training and allocation of distributor and field force. Work collaboratively across functions including marketing, and customer service to manage sales resource demands. Ensure the development of pre-launch sales plans for all new products within the planning horizon. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelors in business, Marketing, Administration or a technical background as Bioengineer with multiple work experience on the commercial field. Multiple years of experience in developing innovating sales strategies, managing both direct sales force and channel routes to market, profit and loss management, achieving commercial growth, and in international and matrix managed environments. Knowledge in the diagnostics product market in Latin America Fluent in verbal and written English, Spanish and Portuguese Able to travel on average 50 days per year in the region with a flexible schedule. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: MBA or master's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or equivalent MS CRM and MS Outlook Motivating people with different background and skill levels to create a cohesive and focused team.
