We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, your primary goal is to generate new business opportunities and manage the pre-sales pipeline in order to set quality discovery calls for our Sales team. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Manage the top of the funnel activity with the purpose of scheduling opportunities/discovery calls for Pluspoint’s Account Executive team. Handle omni-channel outbound campaigns (Email, Cold Calling, and LinkedIn). Generate leads and opportunities based on the market signals. Execute & test new outreach strategies. Utilize CRM to track performance and sales metrics. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead-to-customer conversion. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 1-2 years of SDR experience, preferably in a SaaS environment. Exceptional written and verbal Portuguese skills. Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales software. Highly motivated and target-oriented. Ability to collaborate seamlessly with other departments. Conversational English would be a plus.
