Job Description:This role is responsible for providing advanced analytical support and insights for the assigned area of expertise for Customer(s)/ Customer team/ geography / Demand support areas that enables the team to deliver objectives and required KPIs for both company and Customers. Responsibilities could range from routine and/or adhoc reporting and automation tools, decision support, problem solving, project management, turning information into actionable insight to shape the business. Associate will have constant interactions with other segments, Mars Digital Technologies, Demand Associates and Technology vendors.  What are we looking for?Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Management, engineering, IT or Marketing required. Advanced degree desirableAdvanced English (Fluent desirable)Analytics experience preferably in Sales, Category Management, Operations, and/or Finance Ability to describe CPG business scenarios in quantitative terms and define relevant performance metricsStrong functional knowledge of analytics software (Excel Power Query, Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview).Conceptual understanding of data architectures, including data capture, storage, mapping, reporting.Ability to manage projects independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Work effectively with both business users and technical staffWhat will be your key responsibilities?•         Creating and producing reports to perform a wide range of analytics that drive insights and actionable items to be used by demand team •         Assembling analysis/reports from multiple data sources (Nielsen, customer POS, etc.) that tracks achievement, yields insights, and supports the development of customer solutions that benefits customer and company •         Seeking ways (projects) to deliver continual improvement in the process (better, faster) that deliver data that leads to action that builds the business, prevents issues and advances decision making •         Developing expertise in leveraging available tools and processes •         Developing processes that deliver required analysis timely and effectively (both routine analysis and special analysis); support fact-based information needed by customer team •         Being a communication link between internal and external partners; represent customer team at appropriate internal meetings and/or customer meetings •         Standardize Data and deploy RTM analytical tools that can be customized to cover local needs•         Building new capabilities within your organization to empower new insights•         Journey to reach gold standard on customer and consumer focus for RTMWhat can you expect from Mars?Work with over 130,000 diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.Join a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.Mars is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
