This position will be based in our Office in São Paulo (onsite working model). Main Responsibilities: Negotiate with airlines and hotels and ensure the most cost-efficient solution is being explored and chosen. Assure T&E budget compliance, focal point for OBT platform (online booking tool) and Global Travel Policy. Provide technical and commercial guidance for travelers and executive assistants. Monitor agency SLA’s and Travel Program KPI’s. Assist with the budgeting and hiring of company main events throughout the year. Integrate processes, procedures and area related systems with new companies. Source competitive suppliers with the ability to provide global services and solutions. Execute sourcing strategies such as RFQ’s. Align cost centers and splits between operating companies and funds. Work closely with FP&A, Accounting and Treasury team. Requirements: Previous experience managing travel agencies and global programs. Previous experience with T&E and MKT categories. Dynamic and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in multiple tasks. Excellent verbal communication. Fluent English and Avanced Spanish. Prefer at least five (5) years of experience.
