¿Cuales serian tus funciones?
- Garantizar que los servicios informáticos prestados por la empresa se lleven a cabo con eficacia y eficiencia para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos para garantizar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA)
- Gestionar cualquier problema o incidencia que surja.
¿Cuanta experiencia necesitas?
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia en gestión de servicios de TI
- Tener experiencia en gestión de equipos y proyectos
¿Que formación necesitas?:
- Licenciatura en Informática, Tecnología de la Información o campo relacionado.
- Se prefiere un máster en Administración de Empresas (MBA)
¿Que conocimientos y habilidades necesitas?
- Conocimiento sobre el marco ITIL
- Familiaridad con herramientas de gestión de incidencias como ServiceNow o Remedy
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales
- Sólidas dotes de liderazgo
¿Que otros conocimientos o habilidades suman puntos en tu candidatura?
- Orientación al servicio al cliente
- Experiencia con metodologías ágiles
¿Que Certificaciones valoramos positivamente?
- Certificación de las bases de ITIL

What would be your functions?
- Ensure that the IT services provided by the company are carried out effectively and efficiently to meet customer needs.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage any problems or issues that arise.
How much experience do you need?
- At least 5 years of experience in IT service management.
- Have experience in team and project management
What education do you need?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
What knowledge and skills do you need?
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
- Familiarity with incident management tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills
What other knowledge or skills would be an asset to your application?
- Customer service orientation
- Experience with agile methodologies
What certifications do we value positively?
- ITIL basics certification
