We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the modernization and enhancement of our Credential Provider code and other C++ legacy based applications within our suite.
Position Overview:As a Mid-Level Software Developer, you will be taking ownership for maintaining and modernizing our Credential Provider code and other C++ applications. In addition to working on CP application (for Windows and Mac ), you will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our .NET based applications. The key to success in this role is a deep understanding of Windows systems, as our applications are written in .NET
Responsibilities:Take ownership, maintain and enhance C++ code, ensuring its compatibility with modern systems.Develop and integrate new features and functionality into our Credential Provider and C++ applications.Work closely with the .NET application team to ensure seamless integration with the Credential Provider.Continue implementing passwordless login solutions and user enrolment features within the Credential Provider.Analyze legacy code and independently determine business logic to apply modernization and improvements.Debug, test, and troubleshoot code to ensure high-quality deliverables.Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in C++ development.Keep all packages up to date and document each libraryIntegrate CP application with modern license management solution managed by node- locked licenses model based on the number of workstations
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.2+ years of experience in C++ development.Strong knowledge of Windows systems and architecture.Previous experience with Credential Provider development is highly desirable.Familiarity with macOS development is a plus.Experience with .NET and C# is advantageous.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
