EndereçoPosition Summary: This Sourcing Manager is working directly with director and center leader, will be responsible for the daily work flow and performance of the team manager The position is expected to provide clear instruction and direction of the team, motivate team members and strive to contribute to the team and department goals. The Sourcing Manager is accountable to carry out evaluation of team leader’s performance and achievement. The candidate is responsible to work with management to set department goals and plan out the future outlook of the department, distributing relevant goals and vision to the team members. Common Essentials / Duties and Responsibilities: · Overview of secondary research. Provides insights to inform procurement decisions. Researches and analyses market, future products/services. Tactical and strategic purchase cost/value-add projections for existing and new products. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Marketing/Sales to develop and manage strategic supplier relationships. Overview presentations to management on matters concerning market planning and changing business environment. Develop and drive End2End multi-channel sourcing strategy for R&D and strategic purchasing. Cultivate strategic partnerships with various organizations suited for discovering cost effective solutions in Mexico. Construct team leaders’ goals and KPI and evaluate the performance of direct reports. Administer database utilization of potential supplier. Facilitate one-on-one evaluation meetings with team leaders and establish disciplinary system for not-performing team members. Background/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years or experience in market research, industry or business analysis fields new business develop field. Excellent writing, presentation and verbal communications skills in English (Korean preferred) Engineering and or Business Administration background preferred. Necessary Skills / Attributes: Capacity to work under fast pace, and high pressure with a sense of urgency.
