Job Purpose and Impact
The Supply Chain Excellence Lead will focus on business projects to support long term Supply Chain strategies and Cargill Bioindustrial business goals. In this role, you will coordinate cross functional work teams identifying and leading Supply Chain projects to improve people, processes, technology, and analytics maturity level.
Key Accountabilities
- Use substantial knowledge of Supply Chain best practices to navigate through process, data and technology challenges, improvements, and changes.
- Implement projects and drive continuous improvement culture across the organization.
- Partner with key business and Supply Chain stakeholders to identify new opportunities, managing the portfolio of projects, and reporting the progress properly.
- Using a thorough understanding of Supply Chain practices and ensure best practices are shared among locations.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Solid related work experience
- Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Supply chain planning (IBP, S&OP, S&OE, demand and supply planning, materials planning, inventory management, distribution planning)
- Experience in Supply chain projects and transformation, including project and portfolio management
- Supply Chain technology and tools (Planning, ERP, analytics, others)
- Supply Chain certification: APICS (CPIM, CSCP), MIT-Micro Master, SCOR or others
