EndereçoTitle: Implementation and Support Analyst for national and international customers Responsibilities: - Support customers in the successful implementation and adoption of our solutions; - Support customers with questions or difficulties as well as identify opportunities for improvements in the use of our solutions; - Understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective solutions; - Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing; - Carry out training for customers, in order to help them make the most of the products’ functionalities; - Develop help materials, such as FAQs, videos and tutorials, to assist customers in independently resolving problems. Requirements: - Intermediate English - Able to speak the language with sufficient structural accuracy and vocabulary to participate effectively in most formal and informal conversations on practical, social, and professional topics; - Knowledge of technology and understanding of industry trends; - Enjoy creating written and recorded documentation; - Communication and empathy skills to understand customer needs; - Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment; - Problem solving and critical thinking skills; - Proactivity to anticipate customer needs and act preventively. Desirable: - Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support for customers; - Have or be attending an IT course/college. Workplace type: - Hybrid.
