Warehouse Specialist- Argentina - Spanish Speaking

Responsibilities:1. Operations Management makes Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) in WH and optimizes of Warehouse processes; measures and drives warehouse efficiency and quality performance improvement; optimizes warehouse layout to maximize the utilization rate of warehouse space and improve the efficiency of materials flow; manages physical inventory to improve inventory accuracy. Including stocktaking and cycle counting, managing the stocktaking analysis and action plan to improve inventory accuracy following PDCA cycle; continuing improvement to KPIs and following up the implementation; fully responsible for defined sections of daily operations including but not limited to IB, OB, Return, kitting, 5S, discipline, Kaizen, etc.2. People Management; ensure warehouse staff obeys the warehouse standard operation process, identify and standardize the Skill matrix for the warehouse team and design the training plan for the whole team; coach and develop warehouse team talent pipeline.3. Solve the safety problems. Strengthen the security of the warehouse; comply with rules and regulations of the company; subordinate the work arranging of the supervisor.; comply with the operation process of the job strictly; any other works assigned by supervisors.
Qualification & Requirements:1. Have experience in automated warehouse or other logistics automation projects;2. Familiar with warehouse management system WMS and Office software.3. Have a good sense of responsibility, communication, and resource coordination capabilities, have a strong awareness of department planning and on-site optimization and improvement, and be able to skillfully use relevant software tools to complete warehousing logistics planning and optimization related work;4. Have good work planning and the ability to proactively follow up the business scope as planned.5. Good oral and written English and Spanish communication skills
