Requisitos :
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;
- Proven experience in the design and implementation of tools AND EQUIPMENT;
- Solid knowledge of industrial safety standards and regulations;
- Ability to work effectively in multifunctional teams;
- Dynamic, high sense of urgency, commitment to deadlines;
- Knowledge and experience in Manufacturing environment and with VPS (Volvo Production System) or Lean Principles. Knowledge and experience in quality tools and problem-solving tools;
- Fluent English.
Atividades :
- Development of Tools and Equipment : Engage our partner suppliers to design, develop, and enhance production tools AND EQUIPMENT;
- Lead cross-functional internal teams to manage the development of equipment using EEM (Early Equipment Management) methodology;
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industrial regulations;
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through appropriate tools AND EQUIPMENT;
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering teams to implement continuous improvements;
- Work together with teams to diagnose and effectively resolve issues related to tools AND EQUIPMENT;
- Work closely with engineering, production, quality, safety, and other teams during the projects;
- Actively engage as a member of global network teams to exchange technical insights and strategic approaches;
- Provide complete and accurate technical documentation related to tools AND EQUIPMENT installed;
- Coach and Mentor Engineers and Technicians within the Production Engineering department.
