Our New Business Sales division is pivotal in identifying and securing new business opportunities across our diverse product portfolio. As we embark on our next phase of growth, we're assembling a team of driven, results-focused Account Executives committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity. The New Business Account Executive (AE) will play a key role in closing deals with new clients within North America. Reporting to a frontline leader within the New Business Sales organization, the AE will collaborate with a Revenue Development Representative (RDR) to cultivate leads and a Sales Engineer (SE) to address technical aspects of the sales process. In this role, you will: Strategically build and expand your pipeline to meet and exceed targets, employing a variety of tailored tactics and channels based on account strategies. Navigate the Eqvista Sales Process from initial Discovery to Closed/Won, utilizing MEDDPICC and the Value Framework to qualify deals and review opportunities. Leverage technical and cross-functional resources effectively to optimize success rates. Collaborate across departments to advance Eqvista's objectives, fostering positive relationships internally and externally to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity. Build partnerships with other companies to expand our reach and offerings. Offer informed insights, conduct thorough discovery sessions, and facilitate bi-directional communication to guide customers towards optimal decisions. Uphold ethical standards and adhere to Eqvista's leadership principles in all decision-making and task execution. What you’ll need: Proven track record of at least 3 years in a closing AE role, demonstrating consistent success. Experience in selling SaaS solutions to executive-level stakeholders. Excellent communication and influencing abilities, both written and verbal. Drive for results, with a history of high performance and proactive action. Proficiency in conducting effective discovery using MEDDPICC methodology. Familiarity with managing sales processes utilizing Command of the Message or similar value-based methodologies. Alignment with and embodiment of Eqvista's Leadership principles. Professional ethos centered on honesty and integrity. Your unique talents!
