The Reporting and Compliance group collaborates closely with other Finance stakeholders in the region and the Shared Service Center in Manila. They play a crucial role in financial operations and monthly reporting to the group and ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements in a growing organization.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Coordinate the Accounts Payable (national and international) and Receivable Team activities

• Work closely with shared services in Manila team AP/AR

• Ensure that tasks are assigned and completed according to established standards

• Oversee payment processes to ensure timely execution. Timely payments are crucial for maintaining positive relationships with vendors and suppliers

• Coordinate the reconciliation of bank statements, ensuring accuracy in financial records is essential

• Deliver periodic reports on ongoing activities

• Ensure correct documentation and processes for an international transactions, including DI control and BACEN register when needed

• Maintain back office process with financial institutions in place

• Analyze data related to Accounts Payable and contribute to strategic planning

 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor's Degree in Administration or Accounting

At least 2 years' work experience as Accounts Payable or Receivable Coordinator

Fluent English

Solid Experience Accounts Payable and Receivables

Experience in External Audit Support

User SAP R3
