The position is a customerField Service role, where you will provide value to our customers by drivingsatisfaction and effortless experience. You will support on site at the OEM where you will investigate andresolve technical issues that arise on the production line, during flight testand at aircraft delivery. You will also develop customer relationships to fullyunderstand and support their technical support needs. You will drive organizational knowledge bycapturing and sharing knowledge gained during issue resolution process.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Investigate and disposition Non-Conformity Reports (NCR’s) generated by thecustomer
- Troubleshoot aircraft systems and components - avionics andmechanical
- Generate back to service work instructions detailing componentinstallation, removal and testing
- Track NCR to closure and route or escalate as necessary
- Capture intervention data via eCATS
- Interface with production line as technical expert
- Conduct OJT training on Honeywell equipment to customerproduction teams
- Interface with various quality and business teams fostering acollaborative work environment
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in the Aerospace industry with emphasis on Engine and APU
- 5+ years’ experience in customer facing role
- Must be proficient in English speak/read/write
- Must be willing to work 2nd shift

- Basic knowledge of FAA and EASA regulations pertaining to parts handling
- Demonstrated ability to work in a changing environment is strongly preferred
- Great grasp and passion for customer service
- Possess a "privilege to serve" attitude
