We partner across the Marketing + Communications organization to be integrated and transparent, and embrace a culture of smart, strategic work. The Accenture advertising and social team is part of the Brand team, tasked with producing great creative work – from the idea to the execution – and implementing social and paid media campaigns globally. You are… passionate about advertising and social. You have experience in advertising and across paid media’s various components, from strategy to implementation and optimization. You understand the difference between media channels and how to use each most effectively.
The role
focus on building and creating best in class advertising campaigns that revere innovation and creativity. Located in Brazil, you will partner with Brazil Marketing + Communications, Song (our paid media agency), internal paid media channel specialist and social teams to deliver messages to our key audiences in the most appropriate channels, meeting the objectives of the brief. Operate as part of a seamless, global collective of advertising and Social Media experts – with local expertise, helping to provide insights that are unique to the market in Brazil. You will assist the global creative team on global campaigns as needed.
The work
- Drive advertising excellence and superior execution for all global and local advertising campaigns reaching Brazil.
- Develop and maintain best-in-class brand presence through paid media and organic social for Accenture Brazil’s initiatives and priorities.
- Incorporate and adapt global paid media and organic strategy for the Brazil market to reach and engage with target audiences.
- Plan and lead the roll out and execution of key media partnerships, eg O Globo
- Lead advertising for Talent Brand / Candidate Marketing.
- Work in real-time with global translation agency, global paid search and paid social teams and local Brazil teams to adapt advertising campaigns, localizing copy (mainly from English to Portuguese) for the Brazil markets in the most compelling and effective way.
- Actively integrate with colleagues and extended teammates across all areas of Accenture M+C, collaborating on initiatives and sharing learnings, insights and ideas, and diving into ambiguity to make clear sense of it.
- Collaborate with paid media agencies, which will implement all campaigns.
- Communicate on social in an authentic way, with strong copywriting and storytelling skills to build social interaction and positive sentiment.
- Build a unique and consistent Social Media presence and ensure consistent execution across multiple Social Media channels.
- Develop audience and understand how our audience speaks about and reacts to our brand, industry specific topics and leaders.
- Inform others about social trends and topics, and why it’s important to be part of that specific conversation, making social data actionable and non-negotiable to inform our efforts.
Here’s what you need:
- At least 7 years of advertising and Social Media strategy experience, including digital advertising.
- Knowledge of, and passion for advertising, with the ability to execute and implement multi-faceted campaigns.
- Experience overseeing advertising and the understanding of what makes effective audience engagement—and what doesn’t.
- Experience with paid media in Brazil required.
- Strong project management experience with meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluent Portuguese and English.
