Your Impact as An Advisory Services Customer Service Client Manager
The Advisory Services Customer Service Client Manager is responsible for Customer Service delivery provided by Investment Advisor Representatives. Support AFA team managers and advisors aiding members in a managed account program as well as supporting overall financial education counseling
Day to day management of Service Level agreements and Client delivery of the Financial Wellness Center providing scorecard updates to leadership and directly to clients.
Work closely with AFA client relationship managers providing statistics and participating in client meetings.
Assist in development of Advisory Services supervisory procedures and accountable for ensuring that policies and client interactions are in compliance with regulatory requirements
Serve as escalation point and liaison between the sub-advisor, corporate clients, and members
Develop and deliver training to Advisor Representatives in partnership with sub-advisor and as well as clients
Develop and implement comprehensive measurement and reporting systems to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfactions
Manage and continuously improve client service delivery and processes
Review and improve tools used by Investment advisors.
Grow strategy of Financial Wellness Services and products delivered to clients
Work Experience Required:
Experience in financial services/401k benefits arena (5+ years)
Team Management experience in a call center environment
Proficient in managing/coaching others (3 years)
Experience with creating and maintaining audit and compliance procedures (2 years)
Experience handling call escalations and complaints (2 years)
Technical Skills Required:
Series 65 or 66 securities licenses required. Series 7, CFP preferred
Advanced knowledge of mutual funds and employer sponsored retirement plans
Intermediate knowledge of Plan Participant Managed Accounts, the Delivery Model and the market that it's delivered into including: competitors, market pricing, delivery needs, client expectations, etc
Intermediate compliance, regulatory and legislative knowledge in investment advice
Intermediate knowledge of overall financial management
Spanish speaking a plus, but not required
Education
Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
