This role is critical for driving traffic to our platform through strategic affiliate partnerships, focusing exclusively on a revenue share (Rev Share) model.
Role Overview:
The Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our Affiliate Marketing program. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the iGaming industry and a deep understanding of the LATAM market, with a focus on Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Affiliate Marketing strategy with a focus on revenue share agreements to enhance traffic and player acquisition.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners while nurturing existing relationships to optimize their performance.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to measure effectiveness and profitability.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with affiliates in alignment with our strategic goals and budget.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create campaigns that align with the overall marketing strategy and maximize affiliate potential.
- Stay updated with trends in Affiliate Marketing and iGaming industry best practices to keep our program competitive and innovative.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain ethical marketing practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager within the iGaming industry, specifically in Brazil or LATAM markets.
- Strong understanding of the Affiliate Marketing landscape and digital marketing channels with a proven track record in driving successful affiliate campaigns.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making and problem-solving.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with reporting and data analysis tools.
