Main Responsibilities:
Manage after-sales claims from Utility Scale solar Plant clients about Solar Trackers corrections, improvements, breakdowns and non-conformities, and collaboration with other departments for planning solutions according to budget.Diagnosing and improving Solar Trackers technical solutions and O&M planning (RCA - root cause analysis - of problem), collaborating with other departments involved.Post-commissioning tasks: backtracking, injecting, components replacement and repair, GPS mapping, positioning.Spare parts management (replacement or sales)Require and monitor of corrective and preventive actions of the projects during the O&M phase.Monitoring the After Sales KPI`s and present manager report to the management.Develop and maintain updated the O&M manual of the products of the company.Manage and maintain the stock of components to support clients’ needs during the O&M phase of the projects.Negotiate and visit local suppliers to guarantee the success of the O&M activities in the case we have no components in stock.Execute training of the tracker during the O&M phase to guarantee excellence.Sell components and services to assure excellence during O&M phase.
Job Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry (O&M, utility scale projects)Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronics/Telecom EngineeringDesired: Basic electrical and mechanical experience.Strong bias for customer satisfaction proactive, self-starter and solution-orientedMust have at least 3 years’ experience providing customer support for the solar industry.Must have basic computer skills, such as Microsoft Excel.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Flexible to local business travels.Technical skills/Conflict resolution/All soft skills (client's management)English and Spanish fluent
