This position aims to excel the level of service and tools offered today by offering a closer contact with our Dealers and Customers. Essential Functions Report directly Engineering and Service Manager. Accountable and direct responsibility on the leadership and resolution for the subjects related to the Service Department in general. Joint work with another Regional Supervisor segmenting the Brazilian market in 2 regions. That said, there will be 4 regional field specialists under this position. Connect constantly with Global Service leaders towards new practices, alignments, cross-pollination and so on. As required, execution of training sections for Dealers, Customers, Key-Accounts and internal Valmont staff. Be able to communicate clearly. Professional that will be encouraged and ultimately responsible to mount presentations, address product specific trainings within the regions plus additional technical materials preparation as demanded, associated to its area of responsibility. Prepare and coordinate project reports by collecting and analyzing the data received or captured from the dealers. Monthly review with Dealers on Service KPI’s, Obligatory Reviews, Maintenance Programs and such other demands. Update, incorporate and track a Dashboard with key KPI’s. Traveling as required (30-40% of the time, approximately, in our Dealers and customers). Front load initiatives. Lead the Dealers towards best practices, common tools, organization. Connect constantly with the Engineering and the Technology team locally and globally for improvements required. Owns the Warranty process by establishing guidelines and goals. Connect with Key-Accounts being the focal point in field presence and support. Other Important Details about the Role: Disseminate, continuously and effectively, the knowledge learned to other professionals within the team, area. If required, will be the focal point to present the tool (Obligatory Review Playbook and Check-Pivot) to other stakeholders, requiring the ability to communicate effectively. Ability and personality to calmly deal with and de-escalate tense situations with dealers and customers. Effectively communicate for the team the demands, general updates, ideas and questions assigned. Be a self-starter and able to work without immediate supervision. Motivate the team involved and others in the department. Be an innovator. Constantly push new initiatives in order to excel the performance of the area. Actively set up meetings to address action items and tasks oriented. Will be the focal point over issues arisen from the field that has lawyers involved and a due diligence process to be pursued. Connect with 3° party suppliers for problem solving, product trainings, improvements. Required Qualifications of Every Candidate (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities): · To be based in Uberaba/MG. · Graduation in Engineering, Administration, or others. · Desirable experience in Tech Products. · Dashboard, KPI’s and such other Service metrics to be pushed. · Front loading leadership, proactiveness. · English required due to international meetings towards reporting tasks to be guided plus reports. · Good communication (verbal and writing). · Team-building spirit by influencing others and leading improvements as well as new initiatives within the department. · Address problems and make decisions efficiently. · Valid driver’s license and ability to travel (30-40% of the time, approximately). · Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, One Note). · Ability to mount presentations and lead to a wider audience/group, in person or online. · Passion and integrity are key factors. · Results oriented throughout the goals established.
