Seu dia a dia como #GenteBoa: Monitorar e acompanhar o processo pós-venda da área de Expansão Governo. Contatar diariamente clientes, para o esclarecimento de dúvidas e alinhamentos. Resolução de problemas relacionados ao processo pós-venda. Interface com outras áreas na busca da resolução dos problemas com agilidade. Implantação e acompanhamento de pedidos. Acompanhamento e Controle do Contas a Receber. Rotinas Administrativas. Desenvolvimento e atualização de relatórios gerenciais. Para dar match com essa vaga, é importante que você tenha: Fit com a cultura Pearson. Experiência com gestão de contratos e processos contratuais. Experiência em atendimento ao cliente. Habilidade com análises de dados comerciais. Conhecimento em CRM. Foco em resultados, visão estratégica, dinamismo e proatividade. Orientação para atingimento de metas.
