Key Responsabilities:
Brand Ecosystem (Media; Content; Influencers; Partnerships):
Implement brand strategy and brand social guideline.
Manage execution day by day with agencies, partners, media & culture teams.
Track results/learnings with fast moving approach.
Culture Stunts & Experience:
Support culture strategy development and execute 360ª activations according to brand calendar.
Execute key events with brand building outlook, acting as a leader and ensuring: impact, visibility, iconicity, amplification, talkability.
On Trade (build Johnnie Walker from On Trade-out)
Execute PR and trade advocacy always on strategy.
Implement iconic rituals and experiences in selected places, bringing Johnnie Walker credentials to life.
Ensure serve strategy and liquid on lips.
Johnnie Walker Blonde:
Support JW Blonde execution, working in partnership with: category management leader; innovation and trade teams;
Support new formats launch.
Labels strategy execution:
Implement new labels strategy with a holistic and consumer-centric outlook
Budget management
Requirements:
- Brand oriented: discerned outlook with strong drive for detailed execution, delivery, and determination
- Managing complexity: track record of managing multiple priorities,uncertainties,complex brand architecture and projects. Can hold tension for a sustained period of time.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Creative flair and consumer back obsession, reflected in outstanding creative work
- Future focused, consumer obsessed and external oriented: A holistic outlook and cultural approach having the consumer at the heart of everything.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver transformational growth for Johnnie Walker
