Position goal
Support and follow up the correct delivery and implementation of the plans and activities in the Marketing strategy across LATAM region following the Merz Diamond model.
Main responsibilities
- Support the Regional Product Manager on the development of marketing plans and execution of the marketing activities of the Merz Products.
- Support the Regional Product Manager on the development, implementation and follow up of the CME platform.
- Direct contact with agencies, publishers and other suppliers.
- Briefing and follow up on the development and creation of projects and promotional materials.
- Responsible of Purchase Order process for marketing projects and promotional materials.
- Organization and management of the promotional materials for the countries.
- Support the local Marketing team on campaigns, materials and communication regarding our brands.
- Monthly consolidation of LATAM Marketing Budget.
- Standardization of marketing plan templates for all countries.
- Development and layout of marketing and product presentations.
Requirements
- Professional Bachelor Degree - Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmaceutical, Chemist or other health sciences related areas
- Relevant experience in Marketing
- Microsoft Office, Salesforce (desired), MKT Cloud (desired), Ariba (desired)
- Pharma background desired
- Skincare / beauty background desired
- Experience in D2C campaings desired
- Experience with CME solutions desired
- Advanced/fluent English
